I am very grateful for having someone come to my house and find out why I lost power to half my house. Sadly, I still do not have power to my air conditioner, pool pump, tankless hot water heater, stove and microwave at this time. I was informed it will be repair next month on October 09th. I also lost power to my Computer, TV and phone service, which has been fixed today by comcast this afternoon. Let's hope the weather cools down!

We were overcharged for what was needed and what was told as to cost for putting up fans (either with your or our purchase). Old Fans, taken down and wire there. Bill should have been around 650.00 not over 1100.00. Also after I called to discuss was told I would get a call back the next day from the owner or manager. No call ever came. Still waiting My rating include that
