Joel came by and was actually my second quote for this project, after being quoted $8000 by another company. He estimated being able to resolve my issue for less than $300. He was friendly and courteous and did not badger me at all as much as the $8000 company did. He explained everything well and I have since told my other single female, homeowner friends that if they have any electrical issues to reach out to bolt.

Preston arrived on time and switched out my device quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately, it was not the fix needed, but he quickly identified the actual problem. Because he was so kind, quick and professional, I will be using this company for my next fix
