Pleasant to talk to, knew what was needed and was quick with a quote that was reasonable

We just had new panel box and 50 amp line installed along with 3 motion senser lights and a fix on our light in the shed. You sent us a GREAT TECH by the name of Zach Eldredge. Bolt texted and said he was on the way and got here at the predetermined time. He was by himself as his helper was unavailable because of a late night job the night before. Zach started working at 8am and worked until 7:30 pm until he had the panel box and 50 amp line installed. He did a fantastic job and was so friendly all day long. Because he was working solo he didn't have enough time to do the 3 motion lights. He called his boss and it was decided that Zach would come back on Saturday (his normal day off) to finish the job. We set up a time and he called ahead to say he was coming. I can't say enough good things about Zach. You are lucky to have such a great worker.

we were told he would arrive between 8 and 11. So, we stayed home waiting, and waiting and waiting. He arrived at 12:30. He looked at the fan we needed installed and quoted some number from a book that was MUCH higher than the other bids we got. I told him we could have saved him a trip and saved us 4 1/2 hours of waiting if they would have given an estimate on the phone. apparently, he thinks my time is not valuable.

John was fabulous. He worked quickly and explained things I asked about. He cleaned up and did an excellent job!
