Joel & Jose were the very best repair guys I have ever had! Joel was here first & definitely sympathetic to my smoke detector issues. Was kind, patient, & sincerely concerned. He did not have the detectors on his truck but made several phone calls to get someone here. Even offered to go back to the shop & get the detectors & come back to me & install himself. Plus, he still had another customer after me. I was very impressed that he was devoted to take care of my problem. He did get a hold of Jose who had already gone home from work. He was resting when he got the call asking if he could come right over. He said “yes”. Went to get his truck with the detectors & was here within the hour He was extremely neat & was so careful to put a canvas on the floor under each detector- total of 4. They were both all about the “customer”. Both friendly nice polite guys. I will tell everyone about Bolt Electric. A big “thanks” to Joel & Jose.
